Defect	In the filter mesh inside the front passenger airbag inflator, due to an improper manufacturing process, some have a high mesh density. As a result, when the airbag deploys, the pressure inside the inflator increases, which may cause the inflator casing to rupture and metal fragments to scatter, potentially injuring occupants.
