Defect	Some fuel pipe mounting nuts and injector rail mounting bolts in the engine compartment have insufficient tightening torque due to improper tightening torque settings. As a result, the fuel pipe mounting nuts may loosen due to vibration during use, leading to fuel leakage from the connection, which could, in the worst case, result in a fire.
