Defect	In the infotainment system (an integrated system for speedometer, navigation, audio, etc.), due to an inappropriate control program, the touchscreen and meter cluster (speedometer) may turn off, making it impossible to confirm the speed.
Component	Infotainment system (control module)
Remedy	For all vehicles, the control program of the infotainment system will be updated to the countermeasure specification. The program rewrite for improvement will be delivered to the affected vehicles via remote distribution, and users will be asked to install it themselves.
