DefectDue to improper component assembly order in the TPMS (Tire Pressure Monitoring System) antenna, some antenna wires are installed pinched between the left rear seat belt retractor and the vehicle body. As a result, if the antenna wire is damaged and short-circuited by driving vibrations during use, the warning light will illuminate, the TPMS will not function properly, and there is a risk of non-compliance with safety standards.
ComponentElectrical system (TPMS)
RemedyFor all vehicles, check the installation status of the antenna wire. If it is pinched between the left rear seat belt retractor and the vehicle body, replace the TPMS antenna (integrated with antenna wire) with a new one.
