Defect	In the steering valve of shovel loaders, due to improper manufacturing processes, some spool holes that distribute hydraulic fluid flow are distorted. As a result, when steering operation is stopped midway, the amount of oil from the hydraulic pump cannot be controlled properly, and the turning motion may not stop, potentially making safe operation impossible.
