Defect	In the steering valve that controls the swing of the shovel loader, due to an improper manufacturing process, the spring inside the shock valve pressure adjustment screw, which adjusts hydraulic pressure, may not be assembled in the correct position. As a result, if the spring returns to its correct position due to external force during operation, it may not be able to maintain internal pressure. In the worst case, hydraulic pressure may not be generated when performing left or right swing operations, leading to a loss of swing capability.
