DefectIn the driver assist system control unit, due to an inappropriate control program, the transmission of camera video signals may be interrupted. As a result, the surround-view camera image may not be displayed, and the image directly to the left of the vehicle (or directly to the right for left-hand drive vehicles) may not be confirmable, potentially failing to comply with safety standards.

RemedyFor all vehicles, the program of the driver assist system control unit will be sequentially rewritten with the countermeasure program, starting with vehicles for which the program is ready.
