Defect	1. In the control unit of the combine harvester, due to insufficient design review, the work light located on the top of the front windshield flashes when the grain tank (the part that stores harvested crops) becomes full during harvesting operations. Therefore, as this work light constitutes a flashing light, it does not comply with safety standards. 2.
