Defect	Recall due to the possibility of internal coolant leakage in the Exhaust Gas Recirculation (EGR) system, which may lead to limited engine output or illumination of the engine warning light, and in extremely rare cases, the possibility of a thermal event cannot be ruled out. (If symptoms such as the engine warning light or coolant low warning light illuminating, or reduced output occur while driving the vehicle, please immediately stop driving the vehicle, exit, and contact BMW, MINI Mobility Care (080-269-0001).) Remedy	Replace the EGR module with an improved EGR module and clean the EGR pipe. If a leak is confirmed within the EGR cooler, replace the intake manifold. Additionally, for applicable vehicles with B47C engines, an OBD (On-Board Diagnostics, capable of diagnosing and preventing the possibility of thermal events) software update will be performed.
