Defect	Due to a supplier's production process error, the housing of the pyro-fuse may not be properly secured. In such cases, even if the pyro-fuse operates as intended, it can damage surrounding wiring in plug-in hybrid electric vehicles (PHEVs) and battery electric vehicles (BEVs). This can lead to a loss of propulsion without prior warning if the high-voltage system does not operate normally, increasing the risk of accidents or injuries, leading to this recall.
