Defect	Poor adhesion of the magnetic metal on the tone wheel can cause the magnetic metal around the tone wheel to separate from it. This can lead to an interruption in the magnetic field signal sent to the crankshaft sensor. If the crankshaft sensor fails to transmit crankshaft position/speed/rotation direction information to the engine control module, the engine control module will not issue fuel injection commands, resulting in no fuel supply. A recall is initiated due to the confirmed possibility of the engine failing to start or stalling while driving.
