DefectThe grounding bolt may not be fully tightened. In such cases, poor contact may occur due to a gap between the grounding terminal and the grounding surface, which may cause the engine check warning light to illuminate or acceleration failure during driving. In extremely rare cases, the engine may stall, leading to a recall.
