Defect	Due to a software development process error, the lambda control of the engine control unit software may not operate normally. In such cases, the amount of fuel injected by the lambda control system may increase, leading to an increase in exhaust temperature and potential damage to surrounding components (e.g., engine wiring, catalytic converter). This could result in a loss of propulsion without prior warning, and the possibility of a fire risk cannot be ruled out, necessitating a recall.
