Hazard description	Advance Landscape Systems is recalling this tree stake rammer as the end cap can fail when used on a standard stake which can lead to injury from stake or loss of balance. The end cap can fail due to faulty welds and because of the top cap being welded to the extremity of the tube rather than being recessed inside the tube.
Remedy	Stop using the affected tree stake rammer. Either dispose of it or return to Advance Landscape Systems for a full refund or replacement.
