DefectDue to a production process error, the connecting bolt of the 48V ground wire may not have been properly secured. In such cases, the contact area between the ground wire's terminal and the bolt is reduced, which can increase electrical resistance. Consequently, if a high current flows, the temperature at the 48V ground wire connection point can rise, and the risk of fire cannot be completely ruled out. This recall is initiated as a result of this finding.
ComponentOther electrical devices
RemedyInspection of the 48V ground connection bolt and rework if necessary.
