DefectDue to an error in the manufacturing process, residual material may not have been removed during the cutting of the high-voltage battery cell electrode sheets. In such cases, the unremoved residual material can cause a battery cell short circuit. If a battery cell short circuit occurs, a warning light and check control message will be displayed on the central monitor. However, if the residual material is located in a specific position (the edge of the battery cell), the battery management system may not detect the battery cell short circuit, leading to a potential risk of fire.
