Defect	Recall due to the possibility that if the genuine detachable tow ball, sold as a vehicle accessory, is not used according to the manufacturer's guidelines (the tow ball must be removed and stored when not in use), it may progressively deteriorate and malfunction, causing the tow ball and trailer to detach during use, which could impede the safe operation of following vehicles.
