Defect	Due to poor adhesion of the magnetic metal on the tone wheel, the magnetic metal around the tone wheel may separate from the tone wheel. This can interrupt the magnetic field signal sent to the crankshaft sensor, preventing the crankshaft sensor from transmitting crankshaft position/speed/direction information to the engine control module. As a result, the engine control module may not issue fuel injection commands, leading to a lack of fuel supply, which may cause the engine not to start or to stall while driving (with the engine warning light illuminating). Remedy	Update the engine control module program to allow normal driving by receiving signals from the camshaft sensor, even if the tone wheel metal detaches and the signal to the crankshaft sensor is interrupted. However, if this issue occurs, the engine warning light will illuminate. In such cases, the tone wheel will be replaced with a new one.
