DefectRecall due to the confirmation that improper crimping of the terminal connecting the left handlebar switch harness wires can lead to repeated friction of the harness during handlebar steering operations, causing wear on the crimped part of the terminal. In such cases, the crimped part of the handlebar switch harness terminal can oxidize, increasing its resistance, which may result in the horn not sounding or the headlights not illuminating, potentially causing an accident.
