DefectA recall is being initiated due to the confirmed possibility that excessive wear of the automatic transmission hydraulic control valve can affect hydraulic pressure formation within the transmission, causing the valve to not operate as intended. If this leads to wheel lock-up during driving, the risk of collision increases, potentially compromising safety.

Remedy- Software update for the automatic transmission control module and component replacement if an abnormality is diagnosed. * The improved software adds a function to diagnose abnormal hydraulic pressure formation approximately 16,000 km before rear wheel lock-up occurs, through hydraulic pressure monitoring of the hydraulic control valve.
