DefectDue to bolts manufactured with a smaller diameter than the design standard, the pin of the torque reaction link may detach from the rear lower suspension arm. In this case, the torque moment acting on the joint increases, which can cause cracking or breakage of the cast part of the rear lower suspension arm. Damage to the rear lower suspension arm can affect vehicle steering or cause damage to other suspension components and the rear brakes. This recall is initiated due to the confirmation of these issues.
ComponentSuspension system (other)
RemedyInspect the rear lower suspension arm for damage, replace the rear torque reaction link bolts, and replace the rear lower suspension arm if necessary.
