Defect	Nikola Corporation (Nikola) is recalling certain 2022-2023 Tre BEV vehicles. A resistor may degrade, causing the instrument panel to fail. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard number 101, "Control and Displays."_x000D_ An instrument panel that fails to display critical safety information, such as the speedometer or warning lights, increases the risk of a crash.

Remedy	Dealers will replace the instrument panel, free of charge. Owner notification letters are expected to be mailed November 22, 2024. Owners may contact Nikola customer service at 1-630-808-4531. Nikola's number for this recall is 24VDC0903.
