DefectChrysler (FCA US, LLC) is recalling certain Mopar second-row head restraints. Please refer to FCA US, LLC's recall report for specific model numbers. The head restraints may not lock in the upright position._x000D_ A head restraint that does not lock can result in an increased risk of injury to the seat occupant during a crash.
ComponentSEATS
RemedyDealers will inspect and replace the head restraint, as necessary, free of charge. If the head restraint is not installed in a vehicle, dealers will repurchase it. Owner notification letters are expected to be mailed September 5, 2025. Owners may contact Chrysler customer service at 800-853-1403. Chrysler's number for this recall is 21C.
