DefectDaimler Vans USA, LLC (DVUSA) is recalling certain 2024 Mercedes-Benz Sprinter 2500 and Sprinter 3500 vehicles. The longitudinal frame members may not be reinforced properly._x000D_ Frame members with inadequate strength may reduce the vehicle's performance in a crash, increasing the risk of injury.
ComponentSTRUCTURE
RemedyDealers will inspect and repair the frame, as necessary, free of charge. Interim notification letters, notifying owners of the safety risk, are expected to be mailed November 7, 2025. A second notice will be sent once the final remedy is available, anticipated November 2025. Owners may contact DVUSA customer service at 1-877-762-8267. DVUSA's number for this recall is VVS3LAENGST. Vehicle Identification Numbers (VINs) involved in this recall will be searchable on NHTSA.gov beginning September 19, 2025.
