Defect	Yamaha Motor Corporation, USA (Yamaha) is recalling certain 2024-2025 Skeeter FXR boat trailers. The boarding ladder used to gain access to the bow of the boat was manufactured with incomplete welds that can cause the ladder to fail._x000D_ A ladder that unexpectedly fails while in use increases the risk of injury to the user. In addition, if the welds fail during transport, the debris can cause a loss of control, increasing the risk of a crash.

Remedy	Dealers will replace the trailer boarding ladder, free of charge. Owner notification letters are expected to be mailed October 10, 2025. Owners may contact Yamaha's customer service at 1-800-962-7926. Yamaha's number for this recall is 2025-001.
