Hazard description	The side rail of the cot may dislodge from the base when it is positioned to the lowest setting or following movement or impact. There is a risk of injury or death from suffocation if the side rail dislodges and a child is trapped between the rail and the base of the cot or if they fall out of the cot.
Remedy	Stop using the cot immediately. If you have an affected cot, Mocka will contact you about this recall. If you have not been contacted by Mocka and you have an affected cot, contact Mocka to arrange a full refund or replacement product. You will be asked to safely dispose of the cot and provide evidence, such as a photo, of the disposal or destruction to receive your refund or replacement.
