Hazard descriptionThe bottom enclosure or base plate of the ECU is faulty, which can cause an internal electrical short circuit. A risk of burn injuries and vehicle damage as the ECU can catch fire._x000D_ A risk of laceration injuries as the top enclosure of the ECU could also crack if the vehicle is in use and shoot out broken plastic materials.
RemedyStop using the ECU immediately. If you think you have an affected unit and have not been contacted yet, please contact Haltech on 02 9729 0999 or the place of purchase to get your product reworked or receive a component replacement kit with instructions.
