Hazard description	Affected shotguns have a faulty bolt which may fail during normal use. This fault may compromise the integrity of the firearm and cause the firearm to either: fracture and propel metal parts at high speed. cause the firearm to stop working. There is a risk of laceration, serious injury or death if the firearm fractures and propels metal parts at high speed.
Remedy	Stop using the shotgun immediately. Check to see if your shotgun is affected using the serial number checking tool.
