Hazard description	Applying sideways force to the desk legs through moving the desk, may cause the legs to detach from the desktop, leading to collapse of the desk. If the desk collapses, the desk or its contents may create a risk of crushing or pinching injuries.
Remedy	Stop using the product immediately. Return the product to your nearest Officeworks store for a full refund. Consumers are encouraged to disassemble the desk before returning it to the store if possible.
