RemedyStop using affected power banks immediately. Disconnect from any power supply or other products and place in a safe dry location away from anything flammable or anything that can damage the power bank. Visit the Belkin recall page (link is external) for instructions on how to obtain a refund or store credit. Dispose of affected power banks in accordance with local requirements for lithium-ion batteries. Do not place power banks in household rubbish or recycling bins.
