Hazard descriptionThe heatbed cable in affected printers can be damaged if bent during shipping or as installed. This can cause a short-circuit resulting in electric shock or a fire. Risk of serious injury, death from burns or electric shock and/or property damage from fire if the heatbed cable is damaged and it short-circuits._x000D_ _x000D_ _x000D_ Incidents have occurred overseas and in Australia.
RemedyStop using affected printers immediately and disconnect from the power source. Contact Bambu Lab to arrange return of the printer for a full refund or free replacement of the heatbed and cable by a local electronics repairer. Consumers requesting a full refund will be sent a prepaid shipping label to return the printer. Consumers must not attempt to fix the recalled product themselves.
