| Hazard description | Due to a manufacturing fault the rear brakes on affected bicycles may not function correctly. Risk of accident and serious injury if the coaster brake on the rear wheel fails during use, preventing the rider from stopping safely and causing a fall._x000D_ An incident has occurred. |
| Remedy | Stop riding the affected bicycle immediately.
