Hazard descriptionThe plastic housing of the AC adapter can become detached when removing the adapter from the power outlet thereby exposing the power prongs and posing an electrical hazard. As of July 3, 2024 the company has received no reports of incidents or injuries in Canada. In the United States, the company has received 19 reports of the AC adapter detaching and 2 reports of minor electrical shock.
RemedyImmediately stop using the recalled AC adapter, cut the cord of the adapter and contact the company for a free replacement adapter.
