Hazard descriptionIn the event of a power interruption, including unplugging the unit, the heater may unexpectedly turn on automatically when power is restored or plugged back in, causing the unit to operate unattended, creating a risk of fire. As of May 23, 2024, the company has received no reports of fire in Canada, and no reports of injuries. In the United States, the company has received 1 report of the product self-operating and no reports of injuries.
