| Defect | Issue: On certain trucks, a software problem could allow the vehicle to exceed the speed rating of the tires. If this happens, there could be a loss of control. Safety Risk: A loss of control could increase the risk of a crash. Corrective Actions: FCA Canada will notify owners in writing and advise you to take your truck to a dealership to update the powertrain control module software. |
