DefectIssue: This recall is for certain transfer case assemblies installed during production on certain new vehicles or sold as a replacement part. On a small number of trucks, the transfer case assembly may not have been manufactured properly. As a result, the transfer case could fail and cause the front and/or rear wheels to lock up while driving.
