Hazard descriptionPhosphorus is used in the DC plug of the AC adaptor included with digital keyboard products. Due to this phosphorus, rare cases of the DC plug overheating and melting occur. Rarely, the DC plug (overheating and melting) may lead to a decrease in AC adaptor performance or an inability to separate it from the digital keyboard.
RemedyCustomers using the AC adaptor "EFFICIENCY LEVER ‘V’" with a serial number where the 5th digit is '0' or '1', or where the 5th to 6th digits are '21' to '25', can receive a free replacement through the service center. If symptoms of inability to separate due to melting occur, free repair will be provided.
