| Hazard description | The product is a general-purpose seat belt extender marketed for ISOFIX latch interfaces. The critical defect is that it is a non-compliant aftermarket child restraint accessory. It has not been designed, tested, or certified to meet the specific performance and safety requirements of the Australia-New Zealand mandatory standard for child restraints (AS/NZS 1754).
