| Hazard description | Seatbelt adjusters are devices which connect the sash and lap sections of a seatbelt, raising the lap section and lowering the sash section. Seatbelt adjusters can increase the risk of injury by positioning the lap belt over the abdomen, potentially causing abdominal injuries in the event of a crash. |
| Remedy | Remove and discontinue the seat belt adjuster in vehicle now, stop using it immediately. The supplier will contact all affected customers to arrange full refund of the order. Dispose the item safely: To prevent second use, cut the seat belt adjuster or make it unusable before disposing. |
