| Hazard description | The stitching of the seatbelt may come apart and separate from the buckle. There is a risk of serious injury or death as the seatbelt may not properly restrain an occupant if the vehicle stops abruptly or is in a car accident. |
| Remedy | Stop using the seatbelt extension strap immediately and cut it in half. Contact A.L.E Trading via email and include a photo of the seatbelt extension strap cut in half to arrange a full refund. |
