| Hazard description | Mondo are recalling the HealthSure Hot Water Bottle sold at Chemist Warehouse because the Hot Water Bottles are missing complete safety and warning instructions. The Hot Water Bottles are missing complete safety instructions on the cellophane bag. The cellophane bag is missing the warning “Plastic Bags can be dangerous. To avoid danger of suffocation, keep this bag away from babies and children”. |
| Remedy | Keep the plastic bag away from children and dispose of the bag in a safe manner. Please pickup a full warning statement and instructions from the store where purchased or access relevant advice online at mondo.co.nz/recall, and for any concerns, please return the product to the Chemist Warehouse Store where purchased for a refund. |
