Hazard descriptionKmart are recalling the ANKO Silicone Chick Teether because it may not comply with the mandatory standard for toys for children up to and including 36 months of age. Small parts may separate from the toy and become a choking hazard. There is a risk of serious injury or death by choking if children swallow small loose silicone components.
RemedyConsumers should immediately stop using the product and return it to the nearest Kmart store for a refund. Contact Kmart to let them know if you are unable to return the product or have sold or gifted it to another person.
