Hazard descriptionThe mounting brackets for the front subframe supporting the toolbox and the rear tailgate latches may not comply with the manufacturer’s specifications. As a result, the subframe mountings could fail, causing the toolbox to detach from the chassis, and the rear tailgate latches could unlock, allowing the tailgate to open while the vehicle is in motion.
