Defect	In the number plate lamp of shovel loaders, due to improper parts management, some vehicles designed for 24V have been fitted with 12V incandescent bulbs. As a result, 24V is applied to these bulbs, causing abnormal heat generation, which may lead to the filament breaking and the number plate lamp failing to illuminate.
