Defect	On some single-car carriers, due to improper work instructions during manufacturing, the 24V power wiring was incorrectly connected to the number plate lamp. As a result, because the permissible voltage is significantly exceeded, the filament overheats and breaks, causing the number plate lamp not to illuminate. This does not comply with safety standards.
