DefectIn LPG-fueled forklifts, due to improper assembly instructions for the vaporizer hose, some hoses may be insufficiently inserted and the clamp fastening position may differ from the correct position. As a result, repeated loads such as engine vibration can cause cracks in the hose near the clamp fastening point, and if use is continued, LPG may leak.
