DefectIn the power converter (inverter), due to an improper soldering process for the circuit board, some parts may not be properly soldered, and repeated thermal expansion and contraction can cause cracks in the solder joints. As a result, contact at the terminals becomes unstable, control signals are disrupted, a short circuit can occur inside the inverter, causing the EV system warning light to illuminate and potentially rendering the vehicle unable to drive.
