Hazard descriptionThe product presents a risk of strangulation as the chain tidy can detach from the frame due to the poor performance of the adhesive pads. This may lead to the fixed tension system failing and the cord becoming slack. If a young child were to access the cord, they could become entangled in it and restrict their airways, leading to strangulation.
