Hazard descriptionThe product presents a high risk of electric shock as the plug face and pins do not meet the dimensional requirements of BS 1363. This can cause the pins to wear down unevenly over time or become damaged during use. Damaged or worn pins can overheat and shock the user. The product also features poor quality connections with wires soldered directly to the PCB. Improvements are also required to product labelling and marking.
