Hazard descriptionThe product presents a serious risk of choking as it contains components (guitar stopper and guitar strap studs) that can detach or break off during reasonably foreseeable use, creating small parts that fit entirely within a small parts cylinder. These small parts pose a choking hazard to young children, particularly those under 36 months of age who have a natural tendency to explore objects by placing them in their mouths. The plastic bag supplied with the product also failed to meet the required minimum thickness.
